You will be redirected to a secured Cam Team website. If you do not have an account for this side of the website you will need to register first. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your password.

  • To see your account history; hover over Account Information then click Account Info
  • To pay your assessments; hover over Account Information then click Pay Assessments
 

Gate Access Information

Gate Access may be obtained by completing the Access Items Application.  

Gate RFID Stickers are $15 each (limit 2 per household) and should be placed at the top of the passenger side windshield.

Pool Fobs are $25 each (limit 2 per household). 

Owner/Investor Rental Requirements

Landlords, per the Merrill Pines Condominium Association, Inc. Covenants and Restrictions, you MUST provide a copy of the Lease Document in writing immediately upon execution.  All Lease Terms MUST be no less than six (6) months, and a TENANT INFORMATION FORMpage 1 and page 2 as well as TENANT RECEIVED RULES AND REGULATIONS document proving you made your tenants aware of our Rules and Regulations must be completed.

New Attendance Policy

Effective immediately, and for all 2026 meetings, attendance is now limited strictly to members of the condo association only. This decision was made to ensure all discussions remain focused on the association’s business and to provide a secure environment for sensitive community matters.

We encourage all members to attend these important meetings to stay informed about community affairs, review financial reports, and participate in decisions that affect our shared property values and quality of life.
